Pada Rabu, 10 Januari 2024, Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 berlangsung di BEXCO Busan.
Seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya, penilaian penghargaan ini terutama berdasarkan kinerja komersial lagu dan album berdasarkan tangga lagu Circle dari 1 Desember 2022 hingga 30 November 2023.
NCT DREAM memenangkan Daesang (Hadiah Utama) untuk Album Digital Tahun Ini, selain penghargaan untuk Artis Tahun Ini (Album) dan Bintang K-Pop Dunia.
Tahun ini, penghargaan Artist of the Year dan Rookie of the Year baru saja direorganisasi.
Penghargaan Artist of the Year memiliki empat kategori - Album, Digital, Pendengar Unik (Streaming), dan Global Streaming - untuk masing-masing lima artis.
Sementara itu, penghargaan Rookie of the Year memiliki tiga kategori berbeda.
